Change text in Terms of use

All administrators can update the text in the menu item "Terms of use"

1. Go to admin
2. Click on your name in the right corner and select "configuration"
3. Click "Terms of use"
4. Make changes to the text in all languages
5. Click "Save Changes"
6. Return to "Configuration"
7. Select "publish"
8. Publish to applicable interface
