GDPR and activating Privacy settings

As administrator you can activate the privacy rules in Imageshop

Information:

1. Go to admin (admin5.imageshop.no)

2. Click "Privacy" in the menu up in the right-hand corner

3. Under "Information", read more about how this works.

Privacy Policy:

1. Under "Privacy," press "Privacy Policy"

2. Review the text suggested by us, edit the text if you wish.

3. If you have multiple languages - remember to edit the text in all languages.

4. We recommend that you send a test to yourself before you enable consent.

5. The button "Save and ask for consent" will send a notification to users that the Privacy Policy has been changed, and that they need to consent to the new policy. 

Terms of use:

1. Under "Privacy," click "Terms of use"

2. Review the text suggested by us, edit the text if you wish.

3. If you have multiple languages - remember to edit the text in all languages.

4. Click "Save"

Message for approval (Notification):

There will be a pop-up with a message to all users in your Imageshop. You may decide to use the text suggested by us or edit and use your own text.

1. Under "Privacy" click "Notification"

2. Read our proposal carefully in all languages or make the desired changes.

3. Click "Save"

Activation:

In order for messages and pop-ups to appear for users in your Imageshop, this must be enabled. Here's how to do it:

1. Click your name up in the right hand corner

2. Click "Configuration"

3. Click "Privacy"

4. Select a date for activation

5. Select what will happen when obtaining the consent

6. Set a time limit to when inactive users should be deleted

7. Chose which principles for prosessing consent should be turned on and how long the consent is valid

8. Archive and click "Save"
