Consent module

The consent module is an additional module that can be added to your Imageshop. If you want a demo or want to know more about this function, you can contact us at support@imageshop.no

Add a new consent person:

You can add new consent persons in various ways, all methods are explained here:

From the administration:

- Go to admin

- Click "Privacy" -> "consent persons"

- Click "Add new consent person"

- Enter your name, phone number and email.

- Click "Save"

- To send out a consent form, click "Request consent", an e-mail with a link to the form will then be sent to the e-mail address you have entered.

When uploading in admin:

You can add a new consent person in the upload tool, it can be useful if you upload new files of a person who has not been entered before.

- Go to admin

- Click "Upload"

- Under "Consent" you can click "+Add new"

- Fill in your name, phone number and email

- Click "Add"

ATTENTION! The form will not be sent out automatically from this page, you must then go to "privacy"

->"consent persons" and find the person you have entered, click on the person and click "Request consent" afterwards.

Through front-end upload:

If you have the "Front-end upload" module, standard users can send out a consent form for the upload.

- Click "Upload" in the user interface.

- Fill in the email you wish to send the form to in the field in the top left corner.

- Click "Send consent request"

- The form will then be sent to the e-mail you have entered.

Link files to a consent person:

You can link files to a consenting person in several different ways, all methods are explained here:

Use the AI module to link images to the person:

(AI module with facial recognition is an additional module that can be added to the system)

- Go to admin

- Click "Privacy" -> "consent persons"

- Search and find the consenting person

- Click "Edit" on the person

- Click "Find photos", the system will then use the selfie from the submitted form and search the entire database to find files of the person.

- Mark the files you want to add and link to the consent person.

- The files are now linked to consent.

When uploading in admin:

You can link files to a consenting person when you upload the images.

- Go to admin

- Click "Upload"

- Under "Consent" you can search for the person by name.

- Click on the consent person and upload files in the usual way.

Link several files that are already in the image bank to a consenting person:

You can link files to a consenting person after the files have been uploaded to the image bank.

- Search and find the files of a person

- Mark all the files you want to link to the consenting person

- Click "Tag"

- Under "Consent" you can search for the person by name.

- Click on the consent person.

- Click "Add"

Link a single file to a consenting person:

- Search and find the file you want to link to a consenting person

- Click on the file

- Under "Consent" you can search for the person by name.

- Click on the consent person.

- Click "Save"

Overview of files saved by a person:

All pictured persons in the image bank can "request access" to which files you have saved by that person. It is solved with "Album" in Imageshop. We have a separate solution for internal users and external people without user access.

External persons who have consented:

For external consent persons who have been entered into the system, you can send out an e-mail with a link to albums where they get an overview of files saved.

- Go to admin

- Click "Privacy" -> "consent persons"

- Search and find the consenting person

- Click "Edit" on the person

- Click "Send album"

For internal / employees who have consented:

For internal and employees who have consented and who have their own user / login to Imageshop, you do not need to send out albums manually. They can find an overview of this themselves in the user interface.

- Go to the user interface

- Click on your name in the right corner

- Select "My consent"
