What type of usergroups are there in Imageshop?
Imageshop has three type of users:
Standard
Admin
Editor
How do I get to Admin?
If you are a admin user, you will see a tab for "Admin" in the front end of your Imageshop. You can also access it by using the URL admin5.imageshop.no
Can I upload images in the front end interface?
Yes, if you have front end upload as part of your plan. Unsure or wish to know prices? Contact us at support@imageshop.no
Why are my images not appearing in the front end interface?
There might be several reasons why this happens. Here are the 2 most likely solutions:
1. The pictures have not been distributed to the user interface. To check if this is the issue, open the files in question in Admin and see which interfaces are marked under "distribution"
2. The person(s) pictured have not consented to its usage. If you have the consent-module it might be set to withhold publication until all persons have registered their consent. You can check the consent status in Admin.
