Search and find images you want to insert into your presentation or document and insert them directly. The integration with powerpoint and word is a module that can be purchased. If you have questions or are interested in this function, contact us at support@imageshop.no
How to add the Imageshop app to your Office program:
The first time you are going to use the Imageshop integration, you must add the app to your program. This only needs to be done once.
- Open a PowerPoint presentation or Word document.
- Go to "Insert" and click "Get Add-ins"
- Search for "Imageshop" and click "add".
- Imageshop will then be added so that when you press "insert" it will always be in the top right corner.
Do you have Office 365? You can then roll out this plugin to everyone in the company / organization at the same time so that each individual does not have to add it manually.
Get started:
- Click "Insert" -> "Open Imageshop" in the right corner
- Log in with your username and password that you always use in the image bank. Remember to press "remember me" so that you don't have to log in every time. (If you have AD (single sign on) you can also log in by clicking "Active Directory log in")
- When you are logged in, you will have access to all images that your user has access to. If you have access to several interfaces (internal and external, for example), you can select it in the drop-down below.
- Use the free text search field to find the image you want to use and click "search"
- When you have found the image you want to use, click on it and it will be loaded into your Word document or PowerPoint presentation. You can also see information such as description, keywords, etc. by clicking the "i" icon in the bottom right corner of the image, select "insert" to insert the image or "cancel" to find another image.
- If the image is to be credited upon use, you will get a pop-up with information about the name of the photographer etc.
